Still to go:

Are you ready to step up for a great cause? Join us for the Unislim 5k My Way Challenge, in aid of Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke which will take place on Sunday, June 23rd!

The best part?

You can walk or run 5k anywhere you like and at any time of the day!

No need to worry about crowded starting lines. Gather your friends, family, and furry companions and simply choose your favourite route - a scenic trail, a local park, or even a treadmill in your living room - and get moving!

By participating in our Unislim 5K My Way Charity Event, you'll be contributing to the vital work of NICHS.

How to Get Involved?  Participating in our event is easy and flexible. Here's how you can register:

To Register - click on the link https://fundraising.nichs.org.uk/project/unislim-5km-your-way-23rd-june-2024  It’s £25 to register and the first 100 participants to register will get a free NICHS T-Shirt. In addition to the registration fee, you can also share the link with friends or family to make a donation with all proceeds going directly to the charity.

Choose Your Route: Decide where you want to complete your 5K walk, run, or jog. Whether it's in your neighbuorhood, a local park, or even on a treadmill at home, the choice is yours!

Pick Your Time: Unlike traditional events with set start times, our 5K My Way Charity Event allows you to complete your 5K at any time of the day that suits you best. Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, you can participate when it's most convenient for you.

Spread the Word: Share your journey on social media using #Unislim5kMyWay and inspire others to join in the fun, this is open to anyone to take part.

Be sure to check out our blogs on walking or running 5k for beginners.  We’ve included a training plan, clothing & shoe tips and more. With the right preparation and mindset, you'll be well on your way to crossing that finish line with confidence and pride.

Together, we can show that distance is no obstacle when it comes to making a positive impact!
